Green olive tapenade

Ingredients
8 green olives4 large capers1 clove garlicjust a tiny pinch of pink salt
Directions
Get a morter and pestle bash the olives up part of the way then set aside. Take the garlic and the salt then grind up till it is a paste, add capers and break them down real well. Add the olives and finish pounding up everything till it looks like a spread. Alt. you could just dump it all in a food processor, but my way you get a bit of a workout and a snack.
