Sweet and Spicy Chicken Tenderloins

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins3 TBSP less sodium Teriyaki1/4 cup maple syrup2 tsp minced garlic1 tsp sesame oil1 tsp red pepper flakes
(1) Cut the chicken tenderloins into bite size pieces
(2) Pour the maple syrup, less sodium teriyaki sauce, and minced garlic in a bag large ziplock bag then add the chicken. Shake the bag until chicken is covered in sauce and and allow to marinate in fridge for at least 2 hours
(3) Heat sesame oil on medium high heat and then add chicken mixture and red pepper flakes. Continuously stir chicken for (4-6 min) or until no longer pink inside. Quickly remove from heat and plate.
* Another great idea is to add chopped scallions.
