Whole Wheat Calzone/Pizza Dough

Ingredients
Hard White Wheat, 3 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)Vital wheat gluten, 1 grams (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)Yeast, bakers, 1 ounce (remove)Water, tap, 1.25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Put wet ingredients in bowl; add dry ingredients. Put yeast in well in center. Mix and then knead for 8 minutes. Let rise 45 minutes. Take out of bowl and shape. Let dough rest 5-10 minutes before baking. Bake 10-12 minutes at 400.

Serving Size: Makes large pizza or 4 large calzones
