Brown Rice with Pinto Beans

Ingredients
1 T. olive oil1/2 cup raw onion, chopped1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped1 T. minced garlic2 packets Sazon con culantro y achiote2 cups salsa4 cups water2 cans Goya Pinto Beans, drained1 can corn, drained3 cups of brown rice, uncooked
Directions
Saute' onions, garlic and bell peppers in olive oil until tender. Next add in two cups of salsa and four cups of water. Add two packets Sazon con culantro y achiote, two cans of pinto beans and one can of corn, drained. Add 3 cups of uncooked brown rice and bring to a boil. Turn heat to medium-low, cover and cook for 45 minutes
