2 tbs Olive Oil, 2 cloves finely chopped Garlic, 1/2 c. chopped Onions,1 tsp. Yellow Mustard, 1/2 c.Ketchup, 2 tab.Brown Sugar, 2 tab. Honey, 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tbs Cider Vinegar, 1 tsp. ground cumin1 tsp. paprika1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper parsley and basil to taste ( optional)
Heat olive oil in a sauce pan, add onion-garlic- saute till pale.
add remaining ingredients, bring to simmer cook 20 min. on low till flavors combine.
Use 1 to 2 tab. on each piece of chicken or meat that you are cooking. Brush on each side, and continue cooking till sauce infuses and combines with food.
Refrigerate Remaining Sauce. Will keep up to two weeks in refrigerator, or freeze in small quantities and use as needed.
