Alaska Polloc Fillet with veggies

Ingredients
1/4 cup of tomatoes cut in square1 spoon of all mixed pepper2 silde of onionbrocolis1stbs of garlic7 baby carrot1/2 tbs of adobo goya (optional) (to taste)2.7 oz of square pineapple1 silde of avocado1/2 of cucumber1/2 cup beet
Directions
in a sauce pot add the peppers, tomatoes, 1 slide of onion and garlic and pineapple . On slow for 5 minute, add 1/2 of the tbs of adobo to the fish... Add the fsih to the pot e and cover. Let it cook for 5 more minute.
Put everything in a dish and put it in the oven for 3 minute to broil.

In another sause pot put the brocolis and carrot to boils for 5 minute.

You can make a salad of if you wish

1/2 cup of beet
1 silde of onion
1 slide of avocado
