Ingredients
olive oilgarlic1 large tomato1 serving pasta (cooked seperatly)italian herbs (oegano, basil, thyme mix, or any to you liking)white cooking wine
Directions
Slice tomato into 4 then dice into chunks.
cook pasta as the tomato mix reduces.
place a dizzle of EVOO, white wine, and tomato into saute pan.
as the tomato educes add moe EVOO as needed.
Add herbs and minced garlic once tomato softens.
When all flavors seem to combine and garlic is warm emove fom heat and combine with pasta.
