Egg white frittata

Ingredients
Green onionswhite onionsmozzarella cheese, part skimzuchinniasparagusparmesan cheesebroccoli spinach
Directions
steam broccoli and asparagus and cut into bite size pieces. then in a pan cook shredded zuchinni, and both kinds of onions when they are tender add the spinach. Once that is cooked down add the broccoli, asparagus and the parmesan cheese and mix well. When they are mixed add the egg whites, and cook for 30 seconds top with mozzarella cheese and stick in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes. make six slices and enjoy!
