*Crystal Farms All Whites, 100% Liquid Egg White, 0.5 cup *second nature egg substitute, 0.5 cup Spinach, fresh, 3 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices *Onion, White, Fresh, 0.5 cupMorning Star Meal Starters recipe crumbles, 6 serving *2% Chedder Sharp Cheese, 3 oz Egg, fresh, 4 extra large
Cook to hot the recipe crumbles in nonstick frying pan, add mushrooms and onions, continue cooking for several minutes. Add spinach and heat until wilted. In a large mixing bowl combine eggs and egg substitutes. Mix in the cooked veggies and meat substitute. Spoon equal parts into 12 LINED baking cups and sprinkle cheese over. Bake in moderate oven (350) 25 minutes, remove and allow to cool. One serving is 2 'cupcakes'.
