Baked Blueberries & Cream

Ingredients
1.5 cups blueberries1/2 cup light sour cream1/8 cup packed brown suger1 tablespoon vanillaServing size is 1 Ramekin - not 2
Directions
Rinse and split blueberries between 2 ramekins. Mix sour cream and vanilla together and spoon evenly over the blueberries. Sprinkle Brown Sugar on top.

In Toaster oven, bake at 325 for 5 minutes and then broil on high for 3 to 4 minutes
