low carb strawberry roll-ups

Ingredients
3 tsp. splenda1/4 tsp. cinnamon4 low carb tortillas1 1/2 cup quartered stemmed strawberries
Directions
3 tsp. splenda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 low carb tortillas
1 cup quartered stemmed strawberries
in small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. on griddle or skillet heat tortillas. place 1/4 cup cottage cheese in center of 1 tortilla; top with 1/3 c strawberries. sprinkle w/1tsp splenda and cinnamon mixture.. fold up bottom third of tortilla, then fold in both sides, leaving top open. repeat with remaining ingredients to make 4 wraps
