Ingredients
black beansmayobread crumbscilantrogarlic powderonionany other spices you desire!
Directions
put black beans, 1 tbs of mayo, 2 tsp bread crumbs, diced onion, cilantro, garlic, and spices into a bowl. Mash/mix the ingredients until the beans are no longer whole. Form into a circular patty.
Place patty in a pan with non-stick cooking spray (such as Pam) and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until the patty coagulates. Place the patty on a whole wheat pita or english muffin and top with salsa, guacamole, or anything else you desire!
