Scrambled Eggs with Onions, Peppers & Tomatoes

Ingredients
4 large Eggs1.5 tbsp Onions, chopped1/4 Tomato, chopped1.5 tbsp Green Peppers, chopped1.5 tbsp Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
Directions
Prep: chop onions, green peppers and tomatoes.
Add the spread to a warm frying pan and heat until melted.
Saute vegetables until the onions are clear then add the eggs.
Cook until desired firmness.

Can also be made with any combination of red, yellow or orange peppers.
