Light Fruit and Veg Summer Salad

Ingredients

1.5 cup of own choice of lettuce (I used Italian Alfresco style)100g tomatoes1 large, crisp apple100g cucumber15 grapes2 slices of smoked ham
Serve immediately on plate: rinse all ingredients apart from ham.
Place lettuce on plate.
Chop up tomatoes and grapes into halves and cut cucumber into circles. Scatter onto plate.
Chop apple into thin wedges, remove core and scatter in a circle along the edge of the plate.
Pour on dressing of choice.
Enjoy!
