4 - 8 oz. packages neufchatel cheese2 - 15 oz. cans pumpkin2 cups Clabber Girl Sugar Replacer1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice10 egg whites2 eggs
Cream together the neufchatel, and sugar replacer. Add egg whites, then 2 eggs. Mix in pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.
Pour into a 9x13 inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray and bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 15 minutes; turn heat to 375 degrees and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
