Lemon Blueberry Protein Muffins/Bread

Ingredients
* Baking Powder, 1.50 tsp (remove) * Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.50 cup (remove) * *Egg White Protein Powder, 1 serving (remove) * *Pea Protein (Olympian Labs), 1 serving (remove) * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove) * Blueberries -Wild-Wyman’s-Frozen- 60Cal/1-Cup, 0.5 serving (remove) * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.25 cup (remove) * *Bob’s Red Mill Coconut Flour, 3 tbsp (remove) * *Blanched Almond Flour / Meal, Bob’s Red Mill, 50 gram(s) (remove)
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients separately. Then combine.
For bread: bake for 60 minutes.
For Muffins: Approx. 1/4 cup into each muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and enjoy!
