Mix wet ingredients in one bowl:Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Kroger Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter, 8 tbsp Egg Beaters Whites, 6 tbsp Mix dry ingredients in another bowl:Ideal sweetener for baking, 0.50 cup Bob's Red Mill Oat Bran Hot Cereal, 31 gram(s) Almond meal/flour (Bob's Red Mill), 56 gram(s) Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain - 1/4 cupBaking Soda, .5 tsp Baking Powder, .5 tsp ANS Maxx Vanilla Protein Powder, 60g Mix wet and dry together. Stir in chocolate chips, if desired.Nestle Dark Chocolate Chips, 45 gram(s) Roll into 28 1" balls. Flatten with hand into cookies.Bake 325 degrees about 8-10 minutes until firm.
