Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients
2 cups romaine lettuce3 tbs chopped onion1 tbs oil & vinegar dressing4 oz ground turkey2 tsp Old El Paso taco seasoning2 oz low fat cheddar cheese2 crushed tortilla chips
Directions
1. spray a skillet with zero calorie cooking spray
2. brown ground turkey
3. add taco seasoning and follow package directions to cook
4. while cooking, chop romaine lettuce and add onion
5. dress with oil & vinegar
6. to plate, top lettuce with taco meat, cheese, and crushed tortilla chips

Serving Size: makes 1 large salad serving
