Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz cut into small pieces.Onions, raw, 1 large chopped into small piecesCelery, raw, 5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) cut into small piecesEarth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp Shoney's Gravy, Brown - 2 oz, 1 serving Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 1 tbsp Water chestnuts, 0.5 cup slices fresh or canned/drainedBean sprouts, 1.25 cup fresh or canned/drained
Directions
Place:
Onions, raw, 1 large chopped into small pieces. Celery, raw, 5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) cut into small pieces. Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp into 1 large skillet and cook until onions & celery are clear.
Add:
Shoney's Gravy, Brown - 2 oz, 1 serving
Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 1 tbsp
Water chestnuts, 0.5 cup slices fresh or canned/drained
Bean sprouts, 1.25 cup fresh or canned/drained
Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz cut into small pieces.
Cover & cook until steamy hot.
Serve over rice or dry Chow Mein Noodels.
