Cinnamon Almond Butter Dip

Ingredients
1/2 cup of Almond Butter1/2 Cup of Non-fat Milk1 tsp of Cinnamon1/2 Tbsp of Pure maple Syrup
Directions
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend away. Pour in a bowl and refrigerate.

Enjoy it on ice cream, on bananas, and several other fruit. Add to a nice broccoli stirfry, add it to morning oatmeal with some nuts, take a spoon and lick away!! tryst me you'll love it and half the calories of peanut butter!!!

You can also use other nut butters or sunflower butter! Be creative and enjoy!!
