Turkey sausage and veggie quiche

Standard 9" Pie Crust5 eggs1/2 cup 2% milk2 TBSP fat free sour cream1 TBSP pepper1 clove of garlic diced2tsp salt1/2 red pepper6 grape tomatoes, diced1 small carrot, sliced into medallions4 oz. sliced mushrooms7 oz. Butterball everday turkey sausage, sliced15 spinach leaves1 cup low fat shredded mozzarella
preheat oven to 375 degrees.
1. whisk eggs, sour cream, milk together. add pepper, salt and any other spices wanted. fold in shredded cheese, meat and veggies.
2. prepare crust according to directions. Pour quiche custard into the pie crust once it has cooled and is ready.
3. Place pie onto a metal cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes, or until a fork can be inserted and comes out clean.
4. Let sit for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Delicious with a side salad and great as a breakfast treat.
