Smothered Pork Chops

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Flour1 T Onion Powder1 T Garlic Powder1/2 t cayenne1/2 t salt1/2 t pepper4 pork chops1/4 Cup olive oil1 Cup reduced sodium chicken broth1/2 Cup Fat free Buttermilk
Directions
Mix flour, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Pat the pork dry and dredge in the mixture.

Heat large pan over medium heat with oil. Cook 3 min per side. Mix in a little seasoned flour and then add in the broth, whisking.

Cook down liquid for 5 min. Stir in buttermilk and return chops to the pan, covering with sauce. Simmer for 5 min or until cooked through.
