Pumpkin Roll

Ingredients
Cake:3 eggs1 cup sugar2/3 cup canned pumpkin3/4 cup flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp pumpkin pie spiceFilling:1 cup powdered sugar6 oz cream cheese4 tsp butter1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Cake:
Beat eggs on high for 5 minutes then gradually add sugar and pumpkin. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and pumpkin pie spice then fold into pumpkin mixture. Spread onto greased 10x15 cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Turn out onto dish towel with powdered sugar.

Filling:
Beat powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Spread on cake and roll up.
