Low Carb Strawberry Protien Shake

Ingredients
1 (30g) Scoop Jay Rob Brand Whey Strawberry Protein mix.6 Whole Frozen Strawberries12oz Almond Breeze UNSWEETENED Vanilla almond milk
Directions
Combine strawberries and almond milk in a blender. Pulse on crush ice setting for 10-15 seconds, or until the sounds of whole strawberries bouncing around is gone. Add protien powder and mix for aprox 10 seconds. Consistency should be that of an actual milk shake. (Dont over mix. It will be frothy and not as good) Pour into glass and consume.
