MB's Vitamix Hummus 1/4 Cup Per Serving

2 (15-ounce) cans chickpeas (garbanzos), one drained, one with liquid1/4 Cup (35 gr) raw sesame seeds1 Tbsp Olive Oil1/4 Cup (60 ml) lemon juice1 Garlic Clove, peeled1 tsp. CuminSalt
1. Place all ingredients, except salt, into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
5. Season to taste with salt.
Serving Size: Makes 15 1/4 Cup Servings
