Tomato & Shrimp Pasta Toss

2 cups rotini pasta1/2 pound Italian sausage (hot or mild)1/2 pound cooked shrimp 1 pkg (6 oz or 7 cups) baby spinach leaves1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes w/ basil, garlic, and oregano undrained1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese2 tbsp grated parmesan
Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain and set aside when done. Brown sausage and crumble with wooden spoon. Cook on med-high 10-12 minutes; drain. Stir in spinach and tomatoes; cook 2 minutes or until spinach is wilted. Add drained pasta, cooked shrimp, and cheeses. Toss to mix. Cover and let rest for 2 minutes.
