BBQ Salmon cakes

Ingredients
1 can salmon (14.5 oz)1/2 chopped onion1/2 chopped green or red pepper1/2 c whole wheat bread crumbs2 tbsp BBQ sauce1 tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp dried rosemary crushed1/8 tsp peppercanola oil spray
Directions
Drain and flake salmon, reserve 2 tbsp of liquid. Combine salmon, onion, green pepper, bread crumbs, BBQ sauce, reserved liquid, lemon juice and seasonings. Mix well. Form into 6 patties. Spray pan with cooking spray. Pan fry lightly for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn half way through cooking time.
