Bobs redmill creamed vegi soup

Ingredients
3 parts low sodiun vegetable broth1 part bobs red mill organic vegi soup mix1.5 cups of skim, almond, or soy milk2 large carrots2 celery stalkssalt to tastepepper to taste
Directions
Makes 6 1 cup servings

Mix 1 part vegi mix to 3 parts water or vegetable broth. Simmer for 30 minutes or until soft.

Chop 2 carrots and 2 celery stalks and simmer for 30 minutes or until soft.

In a blender or food processor blend 1 part of your choice of milk to 3 parts of soup mixture.

Place back on the stove and heat to eating temperature.

Salt and pepper to tast.
