Cheesy Veggie Saute

3 cups zucchini, chopped1-1/2 cups yellow squash, chopped3/4 cup onions, chopped3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1-1/2 tpsb margarine6 slices of sharp cheddar cheese3 tpsb mrs. dash original
Chop all your veggies.
In frying pan, melt margarine and pour in olive oil.
Throw in all veggies and sprinkle on mrs. dash.
Mix together in frying pan and saute under medium heat until all veggies are tender.
Spoon into a casserole dish and top evenly with each slice of cheese.
Put casserole dish in hot oven until cheese is melted.
Enjoy!
