Ingredients
Olives - pitted kalmata olives - 12 olives Bell Pepper, Red, 1 large raw, 148 gram (ROAST)Capers, canned, 2 T, drainedLemon juice, 2 TOlive Oil, Extra Virgin, 1 TRed Wine Vinegar, 1 T1 clove garlicGoat cheese, 2oz
Directions
Grill red pepper for about 8 minutes. Place in a plastic bag to steam, let cool. Peel pepper and remove seeds. Process pepper, garlic and lemon juice until a chunky puree. Stir in olives, capers, olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon over chicken or fish. Crumble goat cheese on top to finish.
