Chicken and Sweet Peppers

Ingredients
Green Bell Pepper, large, 1/4Red Sweet Pepper, large, 1/2Yellow Sweet Pepper, large, 1/2Yellow Onion, medium, 1Chicken Breast, raw boneless skinless 1lbCanola Oil 2 tbspMcCormick White Chili Chicken Seasoning Mix 1 pkg
Directions
Cut chicken into roughly bite size pieces, place in bowl
Coat chicken with seasoning mix
Slice peppers and onions into strips
Heat oil in large skillet, add chicken and saute
When chicken is nearly cooked, add onions, and after a minute or so add peppers
Saute on high heat until peppers are half cooked (still a little crunchy)
Serve with white or brown rice

    Possibly, there might be other brand name. Lawry's has a Spices & Seasonings for Chili. The nutritional values are almost identical. I've never tried that one though. I'll give it a try next time myself. You also might try a fajita mix. We experiment with chicken and vegetables, decided to share thi
