Ingredients
1 large Can Dice Tomatoes - Low Sodium1 Large Can Crushed Tomatoes - Low Sodium1/2 Cup Olive Oil1/2 Cup Garlic Cloves1 Cup Fresh Basil - ChoppedDry OreganoDry BasilGarlic PowderBlack Pepper
Directions
Heat Oil in Pan over medium heat
Add garlic, cook until fragrant
Add both cans of tomatoes
Add half of the fresh basil, chopped
Season to taste with dry ingredients
Cook down for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on desired thickness
Add remaining fresh chopped basil
Can be topped with a low sodium Asiago or Parmesan Cheese for added flavor
