Elk Chili

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Elk Meat1 can Red Kidney Beans1 Green Pepper1 Red Pepper1 Jalapeno Pepper1 Small Onion1 can Corn2 cups Water2 cans diced tomatoes1 6oz can tomato paste1 tsp paprika1 TBS chili powder1 tsp cuminSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown meat.

Mix all ingredients in a large pot and simmer on low for 2 hours.

Taste every 30 minutes or so... add spice as needed.

Serving Size: 2 cups

We also like to make corn bread with the meal, but that stacks on the calories.
