Spicy black bean dip

Ingredients
2 cans black beans1 can diced tomatoes1/2 c nonfat greek plain yogurt or other plain yogurt1 can diced green chilies
Directions
Black beans - Blend until slightly chunky
Tomatoes and Chilies - Drain well and Blend leaving larger chunks than black beans
Add yogurt
Add dash of garlic and hot sauce to your liking, recipe originally called for none

Serve with vegetables or baked tostitos
