Mashed Mustard Unpotato Salad

Ingredients
3 big heads of cauliflower1/4 cup mayo1.5 cup mustard3 Claussen dill halves diced2 hard boiled eggs diced1/2 -1 cup onion chopped 1 Tbsp Garlic powder1 tsp onion powder2 tsp Salt
Directions
Cook cauliflower until fork sinks in. Either mash cauliflower with a potato masher or put it in the food processor. Put cauliflower in large bowl and add other ingredients and mix. Feel free to alter ingredients by variety or amount, make it your own. Make your favorite potato salad but leave out the potatoes and add cauliflower! It's so much healthier!
