1 14.5 oz can salmon2 egg whites1/4 cup 1% milk2 tsp dried chopped onion flakes1 tsp dried dill weed20 fat free saltine crackers crusheddash black pepper1 tbsp canola oil
Lightly beat egg whites and milk. Add onion, dill weed, and pepper. Flake salmon and remove bones. Add flaked salmon to the egg mixture. Add cracker crumbs. Mix together and form into 6 patties. Saute in tbsp of canola oil for about 5 minutes per side or until golden brown. Serve plain or with your favorite seafood sauce. Serves 6.

I made this with wheat crackers and fried in a grilling pan. Loved the choice of seasonings in this recipe, much healthier than my "old" recipe for salmon patties. Definitely a keeper and will make this again and again! Thank you DAWNKK for sending this in for others to try. :o) - 12/29/07
