Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 3 large Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp ( Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Canola Oil, 0.25 cup Canned pineapple, 1.50 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks Zucchini, 2 cup, grated Baking Powder, 0.50 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Flour, white, 3 cup
Directions
Sift Flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder, and set aside. In a large bowl beat eggs, sugar, brown sugar, oil, pineapple, and vanilla. Stir in sifted ingredients. Blend in zucchini (chopped nuts can be added as well). Pour into 2 greased and lightly floured pans (or one bundt pan). bake at 325* for 60-70 minutes.
