Tex-mex roll ups

Ingredients
2 tbsp refried beans2 tbsp grated low fat cheddar cheese 2 - 3 tbsp finely chopped cooked chicken 1 tomato, sliced1/4 avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into strips
Directions
Put 1 tortilla on a microwavable plate. Spread beans over the tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Microwave for 15 seconds until cheese melts. Let cool slightly. arrange chicken,tomato and avocado on top. place other tortilla on top , roll up and cut in half, warp in foil and your ready for lunch later on in the day or right after making it for a snack.
