Peanut Butter Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup Egg Whites1/2 cup Almond Flour1/4 cup Splenda1/2 cup Peter Pan Peanut Butter- Whipped1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350¢ªF.

2. Melt peanut butter in microwave until smooth.

3. Mix all ingredients together

4. Pour batter into mini muffin cups.

5. Bake 15 minutes, or until set.
