roasted squash

Ingredients
6 cups of cubed squashabout 2 tbsp olive oilabout 3 dashes of salt... change for taste
Directions
cube up squash... or open package of already cubed

lay out on a cookie sheet

drizzle with olive oil

sprinkle some salt

bake at 350 to 400 till tender..

for a more crisp peices broil for last few mins.
