1 package yellow cake mix1 package vanilla pudding4 eggs3/4 cup oil (optional)3/4 cup cream sherry1 tsp nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine ingredients in large bowl and stir until well blended. Grease a bunt pan and pour mix into pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing. Can top with powdered sugar (not factored into nutrition info).
