Directions
heat grill to medium-high
rub chicken with salt, pepper & no sodium chicken bouillon & grill until done ( I check with a meat thermometer). Or, you can use leftover turkey or chicken & toss that with the spices. Just warm in aluminum foil packet on grill after you have cooked the veggies
slice peppers, onion and carrots into strips
toss with the oil & grill on aluminum foil until tender-crisp stir frequently so they don't burn
slice cooked meat in strips
grill tortillas quickly and serve
