Ingredients
1.5 Tbsp. olive oil3/4 c. onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced2 Tbsp. dried basil2 Tbsp. dried oregano1 tsp. salt1 tsp. black pepper1 28-oz. can petite diced tomatoes8 oz. whole wheat angel hair pastaFresh grated Parmesan to taste
Directions
Bring large pot of water to boil; cook pasta according to package directions.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add onion and garlic. Cook until onion begins to turn translucent. Add basil and oregano, tomatoes, salt and pepper, stir well. Heat through. Drain pasta (reserving 1/2 c. cooking liquid). Add pasta to tomato mixture, stirring in reserved cooking liquid as needed.

Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese to taste. Goes great with a green salad and garlic bread!
