Easy Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 bone-in chicken breastsOnionMayonnaise salt and pepper
Directions
Cook 3 bone-in chicken breasts in any fashion, slow cooker, roast, grill, etc. Remove skin and bones. Shred or chop the breast meat. Chop onion (any kind you prefer), about 1/2 cup or so. Stir in 1 cup of mayonnaise and add salt and pepper to taste. Use to make sandwiches, on crackers, or in green salad.
