Vegetarian Sandwich Deluxe!

Ingredients

1 Whole Wheat Bulkie roll.5 Hass Avocado, sliced thinly2 full leaves of spinach, or a handful of baby spinach1 medium slice of tomatoGreen (kalamata) olives, sliced added to tasteFresh sea salt and black pepper grinded to tasteOptional: a thin layer of sharp cheddar brings this all together
1. Slice the avocado and spread it on the top of the bulkie roll.
2. Layer the spinach on top of the avocado spread.
3. Add the tomato slice.
4. (optional) Add the thin slices of sharp cheddar to the bottom half of the roll.
5. Sprinkle the green olive slices over the bottom of the roll and salt and pepper to taste.
6. Enjoy your delicious sandwhich!
**I'm not sure how much 100 grams of olives are, just add how ever much you like. Also, a little bit of lime juice on top of the avocado gives it a nice summery taste!(-:
