Zesty Egg Salad

Ingredients
10 hard boiled eggs1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use Hellman's)1.5 tablespoons Dijon Mustard1/2 cup sliced green olives5 green onions, slicedPaprika, Basil, Celery Seed, Oregano, Parsely flakes, salt & pepper to taste.
Directions
Dice eggs to the desired size for your egg salad.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Spices are all to taste.
Stir! =)
Serve on crackers, whole wheat, pumpnickle bread, wraps, lettuce leaves, in a tomato cup, etc.
Kids love this! It is NOT your sweet relish egg salad. It tastes more like deviled eggs, yummy!
