Super Simple Asian Salad

Ingredients
# Spinach, fresh, .5 cup # Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded # Scallions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped # Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces, chopped# *Dole Mandarin Oranges, .25 cup # Wishbone Spritzer - Asian Silk (10 Sprays), 4 serving1 tbsp Asian Seasoning (I use Pampered Chef since it contains no salt or preservatives)
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
Spray with Asian dressing.
Toss.
For some added crunch, you can add some uncooked ramen noodles (optional). Just remember to track the additional nutritional values.
