Artichoke Hearts (canned), 1.5 cupEzekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Pasta - Spaghetti, 8 oz365 Organic Marinara Sauce - Eggplant, 3 cupZucchini, 2 cup, slicedChicken Breast, no skin, 6.4 ounces
Simmer pasta for 10 minutes. While pasta is cooking, slice zucchini and sautee. Drain artichoke hearts and halve them. Drain pasta, add all ingredients, and voila! A simple, high protein, healthy meal!
