Ingredients
# Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp # Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp # Apples, fresh, 4 large# Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.5 cup # Baking Powder, 1 tsp # Granulated Sugar, 2 cup # *Flour, white, 3 cup # Walnuts, .75 cup, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. With a large spoon mix all ingredients except apples and walnuts. Core apples and cut into pieces add to mix fold chopped walnuts into mixture. This will be thick. Spoon into ungreased 8x11 pan, or bundt cake pan. Bake for approximatly 1 hour.
