GF lower Sugar BBQ sauce hodgepodged

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil1 cup diced onion2 tsp minced fresh garlicgrated jalapeno ( i used 1/4 of a medium sized...)15 oz can of diced tomatoes (low salt preferred)6oz can of tomato paste4 tbsp pancake syrup (lite)1/3 cup palm sugarPineapple juice (The juice from one can of crushed pineapple) + cider vinegar to equal 1/2 cup4 tbsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce(it is gluten free)1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp ground gingersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
cook onions and garlic in oil...add tomatoes, tomato paste,sugar, syrup and all the rest of the ingredients...adjust to personal taste....bring to boil and simmer for 30 min.....baste meats towards the end of their cooking time.....enjoy.

Serving Size: Not sure how much...i basted 6 hind quarters and have enough sauce to baste more this weekend...much more
